Fee<\/h3><ul><li>Guests must have at least one adult aged 19 or older registered to each room.<\/li><li>Check-in time is anytime after 3 pm. Early check-in request will be subject to availability of room and of additional charge of $25.\u00a0 Our Concierge Desk will be happy to store luggage until the room is ready to be occupied.<\/li><li>Check-out time is 11 am. Late check-out requests will be accommodated where possible at an additional charges of $25.<\/li><li>Extra Person Charge \u2013 All room rates are based on single or double occupancy. An additional charge of:<ul><li>$10.00 per person per night plus taxes will apply for other adult guests over 2.<\/li><li>Children age 0 \u2013 5 years no charges per night<\/li><li>Children between age 6 \u2013\u00a0 10 years at $5 per night<\/li><li>Children over 10 years at $10\u00a0per night<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Rollaway Beds &amp; Playpens \u2013 Rollaways are $10.00 per night plus taxes. Playpens are FREE; supply is limited.<\/li><li>Microwaves \u2013 Complementary microwaves are available on request; supply is limited.<\/li><li>Parking \u2013 self-parking is FREE on our hotel property.<\/li><li>WIFI \u2013 Complimentary high-speed WiFi is available in guest rooms and common areas.<\/li><li>Specific Room Requests \u2013 We will do our best to hold specific room numbers or room locations, although we cannot guarantee as unforeseen circumstances can occur.<\/li><li>Pets are welcome at the Divya Sutra Plaza &amp; Conference Centre with 13 Pet-Friendly Guest Rooms available. Guests traveling with pets must book a designated pet-friendly room and are subject to an additional fee of $25 per pet, per night payable at the time of check-in.<\/li><li>Domestic dogs (80 lbs or less)<\/li><li>Pets must be kept in control at all times and must not be left unattended in guest rooms. Any restitution provided to other guests for complaints due to noise from pets will be charged to the pet owner accordingly.<\/li><li>Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture<\/li><li>Pets are not permitted in the pool area or fitness room<\/li><li>Owners must pick up after their dog. There is a designated disposal site in the green space area. Disposal bags can be requested at the Front Desk<\/li><li>Smoking Policy \u2013 the Divya Sutra Plaza &amp; Conference Centre is proud to provide a 100% Smoke-Free Environment for our Guests &amp; Staff. An additional $250.00 cleaning fee will be levied for smoking in guest rooms, patios or balconies. There are designated Smoking Areas outside of the Hotel.<\/li><li>Damage\/Theft \u2013 we reserve the right to charge guests the cost of Theft of hotel property and\/or rectifying damage caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the Guests to the Hotel\u2019s property or structure. Should this Theft or damage come to light after the Guest\u2019s departure, we reserve the right to charge the Guest\u2019s credit\/debit card or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Payment Policy \/ Deposit Information<\/h3><ul><li>A valid credit card is required at the time of booking. If a credit card is not available, your reservation will only be held for a minimal time period and will be subject to release.<\/li><li>Divya Sutra Plaza &amp; Conference Centre accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Cash and Interac payments are accepted at check-out, but a Credit card pre-authorization is still required at check-in. Personal cheques will not be accepted unless prior approval is obtained from our Accounting Department<\/li><li>Valid photo ID for all guests is required for the check-in process.<\/li><li>A $100 pre-authorization will be taken at the time of check-in only via Credit Card to cover any incidentals that may occur during the Guest\u2019s stay.<\/li><li>Damage\/Theft \u2013 we reserve the right to charge guests the cost of Theft of hotel property and\/or rectifying damage caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the Guests to the Hotel\u2019s property or structure. Should this Theft or damage come to light after the Guest\u2019s departure, we reserve the right to charge the Guest\u2019s credit\/debit card or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Cancelation Policy<\/h3><ul><li>Guaranteed reservations at the Divya Sutra Plaza &amp; Conference Centre must be canceled by 6:00 pm on the day of arrival to avoid cancellation penalties if you have booked from Hotel\u2019s Official website.<\/li><li>Groups and Conference reservations are subject to the cancellation and deposit policies outlined in the Group Confirmation at the time of booking and may vary from standard hotel policies.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Taxes<\/h3><ul><li>Hotel stays at the Divya Sutra Plaza &amp; Conference Centre are subject to applicable taxes totaling 16%. Taxes are comprised of 8% Provincial Sales Tax (PST), 5% Goods &amp; Services Tax (GST), and 3% Municipal Regional &amp; District Tax (MRDT).<\/li><\/ul><h3>Currency Conversions<\/h3><p>All rates are confirmed and will be charged in Canadian dollars. As currency exchange rates will fluctuate on a daily basis, the Hotel cannot guarantee a specific rate of exchange.<\/p><h3>Extended Stay and Group Rates<\/h3><p><strong>Long Term Stays<\/strong> \u2013 Weekly\/Monthly (October 1st to May 15th only). The Hotel provides Weekly (min of 5 nights) and monthly (min. 25 nights, max 30 nights). Rates on request from December to May only. Room and taxes must be pre-paid for the entire stay \u2013 no refunds for early departures. Maid service is provided once a week. A valid Major Credit Card imprint will be taken and kept on file for any incidentals \u2013 charged weekly.<\/p><p><strong>Group Rates<\/strong> \u2013 please contact our\u00a0Group Sales Department\u00a0when booking a group of 10 rooms or more. When booking multiple rooms online, please indicate \u201c1 of 2, 2 of 2\u201d etc. in the comments section.
